Here you can get a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted.
In the game
In the game’s settings you can delete your account at any time; the account is deleted from our systems right away.
With this form
- Choose what you need and enter the email linked to your account — we send a one-time code to it.
- Enter the code and send the request: the code shows that the request comes from you. We reply to that email within one month.
- If your account has no email (a guest account), also enter your player ID: in the game’s settings, tap the version line “PHUN 1.0 (…)” to copy it. We cannot send a copy of a guest account’s data by email: an email address does not show that the account is yours.
A copy comes as a file in a common machine-readable format. You can also write to support@phun.win: we reply to the email linked to your account and act once you confirm from that address.
