Delete your PHUN account
You can delete your PHUN account and the data linked to it at any time: in the app, or by writing to us if you no longer have the app. You can also delete some of your data and keep the account.
In the app
Open the game’s settings, choose “Delete account” and confirm. The account is deleted from our systems right away — a guest account too.
Without the app
- Write to support@phun.win with the subject “Delete my PHUN account”.
- Send the email from the address linked to your account, or include your player ID (in the game’s settings, tap the version line “PHUN 1.0 (…)” to copy it).
- We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within one month and reply when it is done.
Without its player ID we cannot find a guest account. If you deleted the game and do not know the ID, the guest account is deleted automatically after 12 months without play.
Delete some of your data and keep the account
In the game, at any time: your photos and challenges; the progress kept on your device — Settings → Reset progress.
By email: your results and places in the leaderboards, your nickname and avatar, your friends list, the photos you sent. Write to support@phun.win with the subject “Delete my PHUN data” from the address linked to your account or with your player ID, and list what to delete. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours, delete the data within one month and reply when it is done. The periods below apply here too.
Before you delete: subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, because Apple or Google bills it. Cancel it first in your store account settings.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details; if you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the Apple sign-in token.
- Your nickname, avatar, results and friends list.
- The content you shared — photos, answers, hints and messages.
- Your push token and notification settings.
- Purchase data that Unity holds on our behalf: Unity is instructed to delete it.
What is kept, and for how long
- Backups — up to five weeks. Deleted data disappears from them when they expire.
- Usage statistics and crash reports — up to 13 months and up to 90 days. They contain a random identifier, not your name or email address. If you want them deleted earlier, say so in your request.
- Server logs — up to 30 days.
- Reports by other players about your challenges — up to 30 days, without your nickname or identifier.
- Fingerprints of photos removed after a report — with no time limit, so that the same photos cannot be uploaded again. A fingerprint cannot be used to restore a photo or to find out who uploaded it.
- Messages you sent to support — for as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than two years.
- Purchases. Apple, Google and Unity keep the records they need for their own purposes under their own rules.
- Advertising. Data held by advertising companies is controlled by them.
